What “selling” and “sharing” mean
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, “selling” personal information means giving it to another company for money or something else of value. “Sharing” means giving it to another company for cross-context behavioral advertising, which is advertising aimed at you based on your activity across other companies’ websites, apps, and services, whether or not money changes hands. Privacy laws in other states use similar terms, such as “targeted advertising.”
We do not sell your personal information
My Fluxore does not sell personal information. As our Privacy Policy states: “We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.”
How to opt out
Even though we do not sell or share personal information, you can ask us to opt you out at any time, and we will honor your request:

- Say “Do Not Sell or Share.”
- Give us the name and email address you use with us, so we can apply your request to your information.
